Nicky joined the business in 2014 followed by Matthew in 2019 and together they brought fresh energy while staying true to what is at the heart of Miller Knight.
Recognising their commitment, Stuart and Elaine entrusted them with carrying the business forward, confident that both clients and staff would be cared for with the same dedication. As directors, Matthew and Nicky are not only focused on guiding clients toward the futures they deserve, but also on nurturing the team who make that possible.
They believe that when people feel supported and valued, everyone benefits, clients, staff and the wider community. For them, continuity doesn’t mean standing still.
