Carole’s role means she see’s all aspects of what we do here, from the processes and procedures to the technology we use. Carole is responsible for working with Matthew and Stuart to look after existing client plans and co-ordinate the details of client annual planning meetings. As a result she will often be the first person you speak to when calling Miller Knight.

Elaine is a founder of Miller Knight.

Matthew is the Managing Director of Miller Knight having joined in 2019 after spending the previous 15 years building his knowledge and experience in some of the largest financial services institutions in the country.

In 2024 he and Nicky stepped into the large boots of Stuart and Elaine, successfully completing the buyout of Miller Knight.

Matthew gained the qualifications to become a financial planner whilst progressing his career and is a member of The Personal Finance Society (part of the Chartered Insurance Institute) and Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI).

Louise has been with Miller Knight since 2002, liaising with new and existing clients and helping research, collate and provide financial reports. Louise is particularly experienced in Retirement Options and, along with Matthew, is the main contact for our new clients whilst working on their Financial Roadmap. Although she doesn’t advise clients, Louise has successfully completed her Diploma in Financial Planning.

Nicky has a wealth of experience and skills in retirement planning. At Miller Knight, Nicky manages and prepares client annual planning meetings, addresses client queries and administers existing client contacts.
